I was a gruelling 12 hour days sanding floors and tearing down wallpaper with one baby strapped to my back and the others climbing into the playpen. Ha! The home was starting to appear nice, however there were a few things that needed to be left. In this undertaking I was ready to spend a considerable amount of time and money shopping for my dream home. In order to stay within my budget, I began attending estate sales with my three boys searching for jewels in the rough. Then I slowly took on clients according to my own pace. Soon I had multiple clients and I was running an enterprise of renovations to homes.
