Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen. Hello! My name is Anne Phung Nguyen. A Vietnamese American entrepreneur who lives with her wonderful fianc JP at Orange County California. Henry is a very happy and lucky dad. My followers are mostly on my Instagram page @annephung. In this blog, I will share my tale of highs, lows, and everything in between. In 1990, my family relocated to America. At the age of 1 and 1/4 I was able to join my parents. As I knew I could achieve a better future and I wanted to achieve my goals and make my parents happy. I believed that my life would go one way or another: I'd graduate from college, get an executive position, be married, and then start with a family. My plan for success was to attend college after graduation, and then find an executive job. Then I'd get married then buy a house, and start a family. However, life was not so sure. In 2013, I found that I hated working in my company job. Money and status did make me feel happy. I thought I was just wasting my time in exchange for an income. The passion I have for fitness as well as my love of socializing with people helped me discover my dream job as an instructor. The year 2014 was the year that I established my company and it will be 7 years since my birthday in 2021. As an Asian female working in the field, we are among the few of us. In the coaching industry, I want to change the world by providing quality training to assist others in becoming healthier and happier. Additionally, I aim in empowering others to achieve their dreams and goals so that they can achieve what they wish to do. As I started my job, the passing of my mother was the greatest blow to my life. After an eight-year struggle for a condition called Scleroderma, she's at peace in Heaven. I will never forget her, and continue to keep her in my thoughts and in my heart. It's amazing how the world gives us exactly the lessons we need even when we don't realize that it is there. My mother's unexpected death that shaped me for good. And I really believe it gave me an opportunity to live my living a full and fulfilling life. She died in the morning of Tet/Lunar New Year Day. This was her moment to enter her next life. I was given a second chance to live a happy and fulfilled life. What I'm experiencing at the age of 30 is a sense of awe and vitality. It's as if that I'm living my life, rather than just surviving. As I tell my story I hope my thoughts will resonate with you. It is my wish that my words will aid you in understanding that you're never truly alone. That you have the capacity to succeed in whatever you want to achieve. There is only one chance to live. I hope you live it to the fullest.
